2016 Graduation Information
Important Dates, Times & Places:
Graduation day is Tuesday, June 28, 2016
The schedule for the day is as follows:
8:30 a.m. Graduate Mass at Merciful Redeemer
Ø for graduates, family and staff
9:30 a.m. Graduate Breakfast at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Cafetorium
Ø for graduates and staff only
10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Gown, Cap, and Stole Distribution
4:00 p.m. GraduationCeremonyat 16 Mile Sports Complex, 3070 Neyagawa Blvd. Oakville,
Ontario
Ø for graduates, family, and staff
There is aGraduation Ceremonyfee of $60.00. This fee must be in the form of cash, debit, or credit card (you must complete the required payment form).
The fee covers the cost of the following items:
· New Graduation gown, cap, and stole (which each Graduate keeps)
· breakfast
· plaques for awards
· flowers and decorations
· printing of invitations and programs
· rental of the Sports Complex
Graduation Ceremony Fee Payment & Gown Measurement:
Gown Measurements: February 2016 (students will complete a Graduation Gown Form)
Grad Payment/Fees: April 30th, 2016 (graduates will pay their $60.00 Grad Fees when they vote for the Valedictorian and the Unsung Hero Award)
Method of payment: Cash or Credit (no cheques will be accepted)
Prom:
The Prom will be on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Renaissance by the Creek, 3045 Southcreek Road, Mississauga, ON. 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm
- Arrival is at 5:30 pm (Reception & Photographs)
- Dinner is at 7:00 pm

The Yearbook Committee has started the layout process for the graduation pages and is in need of your message. Please see the attachment for more information. If you do not want a message, you do not need to reply and we will only include your picture.

Edward King Memorial Award – Graduation – Certificate - $100.00
(established in May 1992)
This award was established by the Secondary School Principals' Association to honour the contribution of leadership of Edward King, Principal of Father Goetz S.S. who died in April of 1992. This award is given to a student in the graduating class of all secondary schools who demonstrates academic excellence and leadership in the school programme.
Thomas J. Reilly Scholarship - Graduation - Certificate - $100.00
(established June 1996)
This scholarship was established in recognition of the contribution of Tom Reilly as Director of Education upon his retirement in 1995. This award is presented annually in every secondary school to a graduating student who has demonstrated excellence in the study of a modern language and intends to pursue post secondary education.
